We will ship using UPS and USPS.

We inspect our merchandise very well prior to shipping, but should you receive merchandise that is damaged, just notify us and we will take care of it for you. Please notify us within the first 72 hours of receipt of order. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Cancellation of orders before they are shipped is acceptable within 48 hours from time of order.

Customers will be advised of backorders as soon as possible and given the option of cancellation or waiting for the item to be shipped when we receive it. We will usually have an approximate date.
